Why We Are Different

Established in 1992 by Joe Floener, Floener Electric was built on a mission to provide high-quality commercial and residential electrical contracting services to Northeast Washington. From day one, Joe believed in doing the right thing—providing excellent workmanship, treating people with respect, and exceeding customer expectations. That commitment to integrity is what has set Floener Electric apart for over 30 years.

In 2025, the company was purchased by Spencer Franck, a Colville native who grew up around Floener Electric. His father, Don Franck, worked for Joe throughout Spencer’s childhood. Some of Spencer’s earliest memories include sweeping the shop floors and observing the culture Joe built—one that valued craftsmanship, character, and community. Those early experiences shaped Spencer’s understanding of leadership and the importance of doing right by your team and your customers.

Spencer brings a strong work ethic forged from years in blue-collar trades. Now a husband, father of three boys, and a youth wrestling coach, he is passionate about giving back to the community that raised him and continuing the Floener legacy of service, respect, and pride in a job well done.
