Your home’s electrical system touches everything: the lights you read by, the outlets that power your devices, the panel that keeps it all running safely. When something goes wrong or you’re ready for an upgrade, you need a local residential electrician who treats your home with the same care you do.
Floener Electric has been serving homeowners throughout Spokane, Mead, Colbert, and Northeast Washington since 1992. From minor repairs to complete home rewiring, we deliver home electrical contractor services with the quality and integrity your family deserves.
We’re not just another contractor, we’re your neighbors, your local pros, and your dependable partner for anything electric.
A Family-Oriented Electrical Contractor
With Deep Local Roots
Floener Electric was founded by Joe Floener on a simple belief: doing the right thing means providing excellent workmanship, treating people with respect, and exceeding customer expectations. For over 30 years, that philosophy has guided every job we’ve completed.
In 2025, ownership passed to Spencer Franck, a Colville native who grew up around the business. Spencer’s father worked alongside Joe for years, and Spencer spent his childhood sweeping the shop floors and learning the values that built Floener Electric: craftsmanship, character, and community.
Today, Spencer is a husband, father of three boys, and youth wrestling coach who remains passionate about giving back to the community that raised him. When you hire Floener Electric, you’re working with a team that genuinely cares about your home and your family’s safety.

Historic Home Electrical Case Study
When owners of a historic Northeast Washington home needed to update decades-old wiring while preserving the character of their property, Floener Electric delivered. We carefully removed outdated wiring, installed modern circuits throughout the home, and upgraded the panel to support today’s electrical demands, all while respecting the home’s historic features. The project passed inspection on the first attempt, and the homeowners now enjoy safe, reliable power without sacrificing the charm that made them fall in love with the property.
The FABULOUS 5 YEAR GUARANTEE
Every residential project is backed by our FABULOUS 5 YEAR GUARANTEE AND SATISFACTION FOR LIFE. While most contractors offer a one-year warranty, we stand behind our work for five full years.
We strive to do the job right the first time, but if something isn’t right, we’ll work until you are completely satisfied.
A customer for life or your money back, guaranteed.
This isn’t just marketing, it’s our commitment to you and your home.
Transparent Pricing and Flexible Financing
We believe in honest communication from the start. That means:
Clear estimates before work begins
No surprise charges or hidden fees
Explanation of options at different price points
Flexible financing available for larger projects
Your home’s electrical needs shouldn’t be a financial mystery. We make sure you understand exactly what you’re getting and what it costs.
